::The hot spring water was smooth and pleasant. Each dish for dinner was carefully selected and was very delicious. For breakfast, in addition to the bento boxed food, I was able to freely eat ``Sasanto'', ``Tororo'', and ``Eggs'', so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay there again!

::This is a modern style ryokan with natural onsen. The rooms are well designed, large and very comfortable. Despite being an onsen ryokan, the rooms still have a shower room. It also has a nice view of a Japanese garden. Service is good. However the inclusive Kaiseki dinner was disappointing. Breakfast spread was better., Location is in a small onsen town, with no entertainment and very few restaurant options.

::Stay in a special room with a garden open-air bath It is different from the photo on the reservation site! Did you get the wrong room? When I checked the reservation status and the guide map of the hotel, I realized that even though they had the same plan and the same price, the rooms were different in size and atmosphere. The photo on the website shows that the garden is large and the open-air bath looks good, but the other rooms have small gardens and ceramic baths (they look very dirty), and the rooms are old and I don't like the smell (the garden is medium). (There are some places that are smaller) At that point, this room for this price? bath? I felt very disappointed and had high hopes for the food, but...the food was far from luxurious compared to the reservation site, and the taste was not good. The breakfast was even more disappointing, and the boiled dishes had a strange taste that was unique to chicken. odor? So, is this a local flavor? As I thought about this, I put some other vegetables in my mouth, but they tasted like they were starting to rot and I threw them up. I checked in at the earliest dinner time at 3:00 PM and only had two options: 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM. Is the train line right in front of you? It's close and noisy. This was the most disappointing accommodation in this price class. The good thing was that the customer service staff in charge of the room was a young person who worked in the morning and night separately, but he was pleasant and explained the dishes well, so I think the staff's customer service is good. When I looked into the footbath outside on the way home, there was only about 10cm of hot water (lol)

::First stay for my child's birthday and my husband's wedding anniversary. Dinner was held in a banquet hall with two shifts, one from 17:00 and one from 18:45. The number of items and quantity was reasonable and delicious, but it was disappointing that the only main choice for breakfast was salt-grilled mackerel. However, the customer service of the employees was good for both dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, the open-air bath on the 7th floor was so cold and windy that day that I couldn't relax.

::I cannot begin to express how much I enjoyed my time at Eirakukan. The staff was so accommodating (my Japanese is Very Bad but they went above and beyond to help), the meals were a work of art, and the building - while old - you could tell was well taken care of and loved. The rooms were gorgeous and dinner was my favorite part of the day. The amount of care and thought the staff put into every single detail of the ryokan was simply incredible. I only just left, and I cannot wait to go back. Eirakukan, thank you so much for everything! ๐๐ฉท
