  Shockingly poor customer service for Japan. Would never recommend this hotel or group of hotels to anyone. Arrived at 15:30 but because of the hotel policy and despite the fact that the manager, Sota-san, confirmed that the room was clean and ready, only ‘members’ can enter the rooms between 15:00 and 16:00 so we were forced to sit by the lift for 30 minutes before we could enter the room. Disgusting customer service and highly unprofessional. I will never stay in one of these hotels again as zero customer focus and so unlike anything I have experienced in Japan in 30 years of travelling here for business. Super Hotel is much more friendly and more customer focused. Go there instead please.

  Clean room. Big and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety. The toilet was huge. Recommended for families of 4 who don't want to split rooms.

  Normal service but I felt inconvenience as below. 1. It takes too long time to clean room... On weekends I stayed my hotel, and I wanted to work in my room but I was not able to do anything. It took many hours. it started from 10:30 a.m and finished 3pm 2. Receptionist don't speak English. I used my translator. barely communicate with them

  Stay here every year for a total of two weeks. The value is good for the price. You can even save som money if you don’t get the room cleaned every day. Completely okay business hotel. The walls are really thin and it can be annoying if you have a noisy neighbor. Breakfast is included. However, there is a bakery nearby which sells good bread.

  Nice hotel. Has a business center. Free WiFi and complimentary breakfast. Rooms are standard size, but clean and well maintained. However, room key must be left at reception if house keeping is to be done.
