::Good location right in front of Satsumasendai Station. If you are using a car, there is a parking lot (500 yen charge). The parking lot is in the form of a three-dimensional tower, and specialized staff are on duty during check-in hours. Get the card and leave it at the front desk. Free to put in and take out. While many hotels these days are completely non-smoking, smokers are very grateful to have smoking rooms available. Perhaps due to thorough cleaning, there was no odor at all when I first entered the room. There is also a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. There are also hot spring facilities within walking distance.

::The room was clean and one of the larger Toyoko Inn hotels. The bath is also large compared to Toyoko Inn. I am grateful that I can park my motorcycle in the space under the roof for free. Since it is a Toyoko Inn, there is only one elevator and some people may get annoyed during busy hours, so I reduced the rating by one star for the service, but overall I think it is a business hotel that is close to Kawauchi Station and has a low price and is a good value for money. .

::The owner and therefor the staff also are not polite and don't know anything about hospitality. We ate travelling by Bicycles around Kyushu and in all accomodations the staff of the owner had a solution wherewe could store out blije. In some hotels for example Sheraton grande hotel in Miyazaki we could take out Bicycles to our room. But in this Tokoyo Inn ( of all places) staff and owner started to shout that we should leave our bicycles outside the building even before greeting us. We asked if there was a luggage-storage. The manager first denied this and she Kelt saying we should bring the Bicycles outside and only after I denied to do so and after my husband walked to the apparent luggage-storage, one staff person suggested to put our bicycles in that storageroom! From that moment on nobody even said ' hello' to us and not even goodbye when we left after the very bad breakfast the last reviewer mentioned. We agree with him about that. All Jaoanese breakfasts are wonderfull, the one in this Tokoyo Inn was below standards!
