  The staff were all kind and professional. The onigiri for breakfast was delicious. I could bring it to work if I didn’t have time to have breakfast at the hotel. Thank you!😌

  I enjoyed new year with my family, (2021-2022), it was such a lovely moment. The hotel rooms are spacious. The staff of hotel is also friendly and but not least the hotel is clean and tidy, because of cleaning staff.

  Close to JR station and within a walking distance to supermarket. By shinkansen just 8 mins to Karuizawa and 20 mins to Nagano
