  I was not guest at this hotel, but the Last 20 of november i was lost looking for my hotel and I arrived at this hotel where the receptionist was very kind and guided me and even gave me an impression of a route on how to get to my hotel.   Standard Toyoko Inn room rate, but room size is lower than Toyoko Inn's Standard. Dounble room size is very small counting the hallway (approx. 50 cm width and 1.5 m length which are useless) as the room space. Cannot even sit comfortably at the desk and open the bathroom door. No spare chairs and table in the room as there is no space to put them inside. Cleanliness is in doubt, I had dirty kettle in the room. Only 1 elevator took long time in waiting. I hv been staying in more than 30 Toyoko Inns in Japan for my 7 trips in Japan, this us the smallest room should be single not double. My 3 rooms today are the room next to the only elevator in the hotel. Some complaint was mentioned to this room but still it is considered as double and charging as double. I am in doubt how the single rtoom size would be.

  This is a Toyoko-Inn like all the others in the chain. Clean, organized, and wonderful breakfasts! This hotel is close to the train station and the historic area / canal in Kurashiki. Great value proposition.
