  If you are ever in Matsusaka Mie, Japan or any of their many other locations stay at Toyoko Inn! Great customer service from all the front staff girls, young ladies, and management as well as the housecleaning and breakfast kitchen staff. A special thanks to the few who have gone the extra mile to make my stay pleasant. I am horrible at remembering names especially since I do not speak Japanese. For this reason I can only identify a few by the nicknames I gave them. Thank you so much Suzuki-San KumikO! aka (Front staff Mom aka QUEEN BRAT) :) Thank you Smiley Coslay Girl for always making me smile even when I did not want to. Thank you MEGA BRAT for never breaking the check in hour rules! ...and thank you New Girl and all the rest who I have yet to give nicknames to...yet:)

  We arrived late in the night and the carpark was full! The reception quickly referred us to a 24h car park facility just beside the hotel. Checkin was seamless as the staff had retrieved our online reservation and was expecting our arrival. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the room was neat and clean. A soak in the hot tub after a long cold trip was awesome! The usual excellent offerings of nightshirts, coin laundry, breakfast, plentiful of electrical points, hot jug, Japanese washlets, etc from this hotel chain are comforting to a weary traveller! ☺

  Clean and tidy busy hotel. Staff were terrific with assistance on local sites. Lots of attractions and eateries nearby.
