  Location is great,but since I went few other toyoko inn in japan, the breakfast they served here compare to others is awful 😞, literally nothing to eat,just some omelette, Japanese pickles and soup, that's it.

  Great service, delicious breakfast and drinks, and good location. As many other reviews stated, horrible bed. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Japan and this bed was the worst! I was exhausted after a 17 hour flight, so you would think nothing could keep me from sleeping! But no, I had the hardest time sleeping on the bed here. I still recommend the hotel, but there are others around with just as good a location, good service, good pricing, and more comfortable mattresses.

  Worst ever, stay in room 1314 which is close to elevator and noisy all the night… Can’t sleep all the night either. But price is adorable, once you’re arranged to room closed to elevator, remember to ask to change if you’re very sensitive with noise during sleep.

  Booked a night here for our late evening arrival into Tokyo Haneda airport so we could rest up and start fresh the next day with an early onward domestic flight to Kumamoto. Hotel is very accessible via train or taxi. Basic ammenities, but gets the job done. Staff were friendly and helpful which is always nice when arriving exhausted from long overseas flights. The only thing to note that might be of concern to some travellers is the bed mattress was rock solid. I’ve never slept on a mattress like that before, but surprisingly, I slept very well. I only mention it in case some travellers don’t like this type of mattress. Bonus pints for location with a 7-Eleven across from the hotel for quick grab and go drinks and snacks. Our stay was short but pleasant. Thank you!

  Super close to Otori station, convenience stores, a cafe, and a pharmacy. Check-in was really fast, and the staff was kind. Amenities and pajamas are available in the lobby. The room was clean and had the basics for just an overnight stay. My only problem was the bed and pillow were quite hard. I also had some difficulty at first figuring out the shower, but once I understood which way was "hot" it was fine. The breakfast was basic, but just enough. Rolled egg omelet, sausage, soups, bread, rice balls, salads, coffee, tea, etc. There isn't really a place to sit and eat, but they provide take-out containers so you can take the food back to your room, which I actually prefered. Overall, a nice stay.
