  Service of this hotel is very good. Staff is also very good. Everything of this hotel has quality.

  First, the front office personnel are nice and very patient for those who cannot speak and understand nihongo. They can speak English, not that well but enough to do the communication. Their gestures are very helpful too. I love the room, so clean and I felt like home. Small room with many helpful appliances such as TV, fridge, water heater, hair blower, iron, telephone, of course airconditioner/heater, and humidifier. There are books neatly arranged, tea bags, nice mirror, and a small safe (just in case you need to put something in a vault). The bed is very inviting. The bed is a little bit hard though, and the pillow, which is not soft, is only one. I specifically like the side where I hanged my suit and jacket.

  Quite a good place to stay if you are on a trip , neat and clean , have bidet in washroom and breakfast is included

  Great service! The usual good facilities provided by Toyoko-Inn, including the business centre and free parking. Only thing missing is the English newspapers and the breakfast can be better. 😉

  Terrific service as always , the ladies at reception went out of their way to help me. A nice little city , well worth the visit.
