  with the great price, I didn't expect much, but the free breakfast was decent and delicious. Staff was very helpful and polite. no complaint. Room is simple but location is great. easy access to everything

  Date of accommodation: Mid of October in 2023. I stayed 4 nights here. Overall the services are satified, including keep luggages before check-in and help to reserve taxi to airport. All staffs in front desk I met are welcomed for assistant, even some of them are not familar in speaking English to under my requests. I choose standard twin room, it's suitable for a single person. But it would a bit crowded for two persons and luggages. Breakfast is way beyond my expectation. Not a fancy meals but it's lovely home-cooking cusines e.g. Yakisoba, Tamagoyaki, Tsukudani fish, miso soup. Considering the room rate it's surprised.

  The airflow of the AC in the room isn't working in a good condition, after a quick check I noticed the filter is blocked with dust, a quick wash by myself saved the day but I don't believe this is my job...

  One of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. I've stayed in a probably 100 business hotels in Japan. This ranks as one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had. On a scale of 1-10 10 being I really shouldn't eat anymore and I'll go out of my way to stay here to 1 being I don't care I already paid for this I'm going to the combini next door to buy breakfast. This place gets a 1.5. The sausages were not room temperature, they were cold! Like every other sausage I bit into woke me up a bit because it was like biting into an ice cube. A thimble cup for the coffee. I feel like they were going for a an Alice in Wonderland theme for the coffee but I fail to be amused. I could write more but I'm starving and have to back to my room to get my wallet so I can go buy some half decent food to eat before my meeting.

  Clean rooms, excellent customer service, and fast Wi-Fi. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided in the showers, which is really convenient! The complimentary breakfast was really nice, too.
