  Excellent customer service. Good breakfast. Tasty UCC coffee. Washing machine and dryers are heaven sent. Thank you sooooooooo much.

  Great hotel. Price quality ratio is on point. Breakfast varies by the day, is free, and delicious. Tues-Thurs Japanese curry free is a nice bonus. Easy location, near the station. Great WiFi. Great shower. Basic decor.

  It is a pity because it could be a very nice hotel. Who made our check-in was very sharp and rude.. it looked like he was not a receptionist and we were bothering. The reason why I give such low score is for the lack of interest of the staff to make rules be followed. You are not allowed to go to the hall in pijiamas or in sleeping slippers...but if you are Chinese everything is allowed. You are not allowed to fill you own bottle with mineral water at reception but if you are Chinese you can fill up to 10 bottles. We used the washing machine and dryer.. in the middle of using the dryer, a Chinese guest took my clothes out of the dryer and put his.. using my money... thanks God I was there to stop this rude and abusive behaviour. And please don't spit in the common lift

  Decent business hotel with free breakfast, nothing too fancy but comfortable nonetheless. The AC unit was much appreciated but the bed and pillow were much too hard.

  Like all Toyoko Inn's it's a great business hotel. Free breakfast in the morning. Conveniently located to the city center. Staff are friendly and quite helpful.
