  There will probably be changes at the post office, so I don't think this rating will continue in the future, but I don't think the post office is very friendly at the moment. I often feel like the people speak coldly, and if I'm asked to wait 5 minutes, I end up waiting for more than 15 minutes and then I'm told "I'll call you later," and if the weight is on the edge, I get a lenient charge. (For example, if it is 25g of regular mail, it will be 92 yen), which does not give a good impression.

  Although I am not a local and cannot speak Japanese, I still provide friendly service. It gave me a good impression of the Okinawa Post Office.
