::Appointment time 9 am. Got to meet the dermatologist doctor at 12.15 pm. 3 times. What's the point of giving me 9 am if the waiting time meeting time is 3+ hours later? I walked around the hallway because I was tired of waiting. The front office lady saw me and called the doctor, saying I was waiting outside. The doctor called me in 3 hours 15 minutes later, told me, "Next time, if you're waiting, please say something to the front office". Only to dismissed me away WITHOUT a next appointment. I'm so angry, I'm not coming here again!

::I have been to different hospitals in Japan and there are positive and negative reactions in this one. When my baby was checked here by Dr. Nakatsukasa, he is really a professional and caring doctor. He always ask what is necessary and recommend the absolute solution for my baby’s condition. However, during my stay together with my baby in their pediatric ward, the nurses were kind but they didn’t inform other patients to be quiet in respect to others sleeping/resting. I understand most of the patients were kids, but there was a playroom wherein they can go to play and scream. My baby didn’t get enough sleep during those stay so I don’t recommend being admitted there. Aside from that, this hospital should offer food services as well if a parent stays inside with his/her baby during admission. It was really kind of annoying to always go outside the hospital to buy foods in the nearest store because my I have to come back to check my baby in the crib. The nurses also informed me to just lock the crib handle and I am good to go. They didn’t offer to put my baby in the nursing room. Not unless if you booked for private room, probably you will get a good night rest although it’s expensive. Also, every time I go to this hospital, other doctors don’t smile and greet when you meet them in the hallway. It feels like their job was done already so they don’t have any reason to talk to you outside the room.

::Japan: we have universal healthcare. Also Japan: we charge universal prices for hospital amenities. DO NOT come here if you have children under 1. You are NOT allowed to bring your own formula, you MUST buy bottles of formula from them at $5 a serving. The reason? It could cause a "health hazard". The reasons are not specific at all either, just "health hazard". The worst part is, this place is considered a top hospital. Perhaps, but the hospital makes up for a reduction in medical bills by forcing you to pay for other essentials for your hospital stay at ridiculous prices. As above, $5 a bottle for baby formula where an 800g tin of formula in Japan is $20 for the lot. No wonder the birthrate is dropping.

::Went there on Sept. 16, 2022. Was told they would not due a deviated septum operation because they don't have a functional ICU. They still billed me for the worthless consultation, however. This is no longer a fully operational hospital. I would avoid at all costs.
