  I gave birth here in 2021, had chosen this hospital for the 24/7 availability of epidural . First I had been seen by a female doctor who was harsh and made me feel bad every time . By chance I was once seen by Dr. Takano and immediately decided to be transferred to him . He was not only super gentle , taking the time to answer questions but also fluent in English . He handled everything perfectly . Nurses were also very kind and I felt taken care all around . The nursing schedule after delivery is tough, felt a little bit like a Boot Camp . Don’t Expect to get lots of rest ! But as a result I learned to nurse and was able to continue for over one year . I can really recommend this clinic . Edit February 2023: it looks like Dr Takano is no longer with the clinic . I’m not sure if I would chose this hospital again without him .

  I received very good service here. I found staff at the main desk tentative about English but very ready to find someone to help. The English speaking doctor who spoke to me was exteremely efficient and sent me to the the proper specialists appt desk to get immediate help.

  ER is NOT available in English. Staff are rude and will turn you away despite their site stating they have a 24/7 ER.
