::I was injured during my trip to Tokushima (head lacerations, etc.) and was transported by helicopter to this hospital. Immediately after arriving, he received the necessary medical attention such as medical staples, and now, two weeks after his injury, he is doing well. I don't want to be indebted to you again, but I would like to write this down to express my gratitude. I would like to thank Dr. Arakawa for observing my progress and everyone who took care of me in the emergency room.

::I used the pediatric emergency department. The office staff were courteous and the nurses were kind and thorough in their examinations. The pediatrician was also very kind and my child, who was frowning until he entered the examination room, He talked to me in a way that made me laugh. During the abdominal ultrasound examination, he carefully looked at me while talking to me. My son wanted to see that doctor again, so much so that he would reenact it at home as a pretend examination. I am truly grateful to the doctors, nurses, and administrative staff who took care of me.

::I understand that in this day and age, they check your temperature and tell you where you are going before entering the room, but the old security guard asks you to remember his face even though he goes in and out so many times in a short period of time. If it's a weekday and there are a lot of people coming in, that's fine, but on holidays when there aren't many people coming in and out, they'll check your temperature every time and ask you where you're going. What are you just standing there looking at? w

::This is a high school student with pneumothorax who was hospitalized on Monday and discharged on Thursday. At first, I was quite frightened when I heard that I was going to have some type of surgery where drainage was done to deflate my lungs, but when I went in, I didn't feel any severe pain! If I had to force it, it would be when I put in drainage. The local anesthesia only gave me a tingling sensation and was not painful. Before my doctor did anything that looked like surgery, he said, ``I'll make sure it won't hurt too much,'' and he was exactly right! He is a very reliable and wonderful teacher. While the tube was inserted, it hurt just to move, and it was so painful that I cried, but the nurses held my hand and encouraged me with smiles, which eased the pain. I spend a lot of time alone when I'm in the hospital, but when the nurses come to take my blood pressure and temperature, they talk to me about various things, which makes me feel less lonely. I was able to smile and stay positive. The doctors and nurses were kind and nice people, and I was very warm!
