::Patient support center? Hospital support center? What if we change the name? That was unkind to say the least. I wanted to know what to prepare for hospitalization, how to fill out documents, etc., but they handed me a pamphlet and told me to watch the video by clicking here (QR code). If you don't ask, the staff won't tell you. In order to save time, it seems that they have changed to a system that does not require explanations. Please watch the video. It may be a daily job for the staff, but for many people, being hospitalized is an extraordinary experience, and they feel anxious. Isn't it the role of the support center to respond to such concerns? Can we say that we are supporting patients with this?

::Patient support is just a name, a garbage department that doesn't provide any support. A malicious hospital that desperately tries to hide the fact even if a patient who has been hospitalized jumps off
