  I've only ever used an ATM after the counter had closed, but perhaps it depends on the time of day, but it wasn't crowded and I was able to use the ATM after waiting in line for a few minutes. Only once did the timing coincide with an ATM being temporarily suspended, but I was given priority and was able to use it.

  When I was making my passbook, the woman at the reception gave me easy-to-understand instructions on how to fill out the documents, and I thought her greetings were very polite and nice. It's a little far from my home, but I wanted to use this bank when I went to the bank😊

  There are only two windows open. However, Nobuko Takahashi was talking privately with the customers, and even though there were many customers waiting, it was clear that she was listening and was not talking about work. It's frustrating. It's no good unless someone around you tells you to be careful. I think we should chat after work. Please improve it!
