  I want a new dedicated passbook for pension procedures. At around 2:10 p.m., I went to create a passbook, but I had to wait for an hour, and in the end, my passbook was not created. [OK? The response is too bad! ️ Since it was past 3 o'clock, I couldn't make a payment at another bank and couldn't complete the pension procedures. ️ I wish they would at least explain the reason!! ️ Turning down the offer after 3 o'clock and the customers were gone...that's what you did when you knew you were going to get complaints! That's cheating. Who caused that? I don't care what happens to me. I wonder if I'll go to a place like this again~~~~!! ️
