  I visited for the first time in about 30 years. This time I used it for lunch (Yum China Lunch), and I was satisfied with not only the deliciousness of the food but also the wide spacing between the tables so I could enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner. I would like to use it again.

  It was full to avoid crowds, but I would like to thank Mr. Okura for making the adjustments so I could enter the store. I ordered mapo noodles for 1,870 yen, and the cold drink I was waiting for was jasmine tea. Stylish! The mapo noodles that were delivered looked like authentic Chinese food. Tofu is silken. The soup is spicy and the bean paste is quite strong. Is it a calculation of the amount that melts in the soup? ? Lots of ground meat, sesame oil and black pepper. The noodles feel luxurious! The thin, wavy noodles are chewy and hard-boiled, with a texture somewhat similar to pasta, and the professional skill is impressive. Simple, no green onions, this is Chinese food! I thought there was something missing for Japanese people, but since it was created by Okura's chef...(meaningful)

  When staying at Okura Hotel Niigata, I overslept the morning buffet. I stopped by for lunch Order yum cha lunch But why is hotel food so expensive? (sweat) 2800 yen I was a bit bloated as I only had a few small portions, but I really felt that a Chinese restaurant in town was a good fit for me ^ - ^

  I received the shark fin course (Phoenix) for 13,000 yen including tax and service charge.There were a variety of options, but the soup was the most delicious, but I don't think eggs are needed with the shark fin rice.The xiao long bao also tasted like shark fin. There was no Peking duck, and the stir-fried beef was too flavorful (in my opinion).

What I asked for didn't come. If you want to drink something while eating, it's normal to have it brought to you after you've finished eating. . . Delivery time is also very slow. I also felt that the taste had changed. Also, this morning's news and newspapers are also reporting on dining etiquette during the coronavirus pandemic. A group of people were laughing loudly and making a lot of noise, but they didn't pay any attention to it. . . I went in and out of the store without wearing a mask. Other customers also laughed bitterly. I didn't have any intention of relaxing so I paid the bill immediately. I think it's better not to go if you are concerned about coronavirus. It was a shocking meal as I had made a reservation in advance at One Harmony and was looking forward to it.
