::Third generation Tori mero Nara Station is a fun Izakaya that is very popular with the locals. Located only 5 mins away from the JR Nara Station. The restaurant has a great vibe to it - perfect for enjoying a good time with family or friends. There are party rooms at the back of the restaurant. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming. Service is prompt and accurate. This Izakaya offers “nomihodai” (all you drink for a set amount of time). Ashahi beer is only ¥200 and Extra Dry Ashahi for ¥300. I found the beer to be a bit watered down… I ordered bottled beer instead. The food is decent and pretty good quality for the price. The skewers are tasty, especially the chicken breast with cheese sauce, tomato bacon and mushroom. Please note that there is a “table charge” - ¥300 per person. There is also a smoking room inside the restaurant. Enjoy 😊
