  Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The coffee shop is super. The restaurant had weird opening n closing timing. Good thing coffee shop was there. Get a room on higher floor as you can see Mount Fuji.

  I really like the Xmas decorations and spacious setup at this hotel. High ceiling lobby and spacious foyer making the check in experience quite a pleasant one, especially when driving. There are plenty of parking space at underground carpark. The room is above average size and at very reasonable cost.

  Spacious rooms with basic amenities at walkable distance from Urawa station… many restaurants nearby and less crowded ambiance compared hotels in Tokyo or Omiya… much recommended if you want spacious rooms at reasonable price in Saitama

  Great hotel. Rooms very big and spacious! Common theme in Japan but the beds were so hard, that as a side sleeper it would cause pain to my shoulder and hip throughout the night. Other than that, highly recommend, great location with lots of food around and walking distance from the train station.

  Overall an acceptable hotel. The rooms need to be updated and my room had marks all over the walls. There were no fitness facilities, or perhaps this was lost in translation with the front desk staff. The Internet was an acceptable speed. The breakfast buffet was good, especially for the price. Several restaurants in the building. A 10 min walk to the Urawa train station. Many shops in the area.
