  I entered the wrong number on my cash card and it became unusable, but I was so busy with work that I couldn't go to reapply for the card on weekdays. I contacted them and was told that they would accept me until 4:30 pm, so I managed to go in between work and was admitted. When I went there for the first time, I thought it was a bit unpleasant, but this time I am grateful for the kind, courteous, and prompt response.
