  This is a bank I use occasionally. The parking lot is a little small, but it's easy to get in and out. The inside is nice and spacious.

  I entered the wrong number on my cash card and it became unusable, but I was so busy with work that I couldn't go to reapply for the card on weekdays. I contacted them and was told that they would accept me until 4:30 pm, so I managed to go in between work and was admitted. When I went there for the first time, I thought it was a bit unpleasant, but this time I am grateful for the kind, courteous, and prompt response. I was thinking of quitting Kitanihon Bank if the response this time was bad, but today's response made me reconsider. Thank you so much for today❗️
