It's a Saturday morning clinic. There were more patients than I expected, so there was a long wait, but there were enough staff at the reception desk and everything was handled efficiently. It's a large hospital so there may be some waiting time, but there are plenty of chairs so you can sit and wait. Basically, they call by number, and if there is no response, they call by name, which shows that they are considerate of personal information. There are also mask vending machines and other services available. I'm happy not to be taken care of by a hospital, but this hospital gives me the impression that I can rely on it in times of emergency.
