::People who give low ratings are not family members. If you don't like waiting time, you can go to a clinic that requires reservations, but there are people who just come to big hospitals and complain and don't understand, so it's a good hospital to be seen properly! There are a lot of angry and selfish people at this hospital, and those are probably the people who are writing the reviews here. I think people who give low ratings, badmouthing people, or identifying individuals are not human beings, and shouldn't you just choose the hospital you want to go to as a patient? Let's stop giving low ratings and slander to hospitals and staff here! I'm sure the hospital will be able to figure it out and take measures soon, so I think those who are posting it now should delete it. Especially those who post using their real names lol This is also listed on the official website! Also, for first-time patients, there will be a 7,700 yen medical treatment fee, so be sure to understand this and visit wisely! ! ! ! ! !

::Two and a half years ago, I went here with a referral from a private clinic and underwent emergency surgery. The waiting time was long, but I was told that I could have the surgery right the next day.I was admitted to the hospital that day and had the surgery the next day.The doctors in the emergency room were kind, and the doctors and nurses in the operating room were kind, even though I was scared of surgery. He kept patting my head and holding my hand until the anesthesia took effect so I wouldn't panic. Even after the surgery is over, you did a great job! ! I am grateful that you treated me so kindly. The postoperative course was uneventful and I was discharged from the hospital immediately, but the patient was carefully examined during the postoperative checkup. There are rare times when I need an emergency. Emergency doctors work part-time, so there are pros and cons, but I was fortunate to have a good doctor take care of me. If I had waited a little longer, my gallbladder might have ruptured. One thing I would say is that even though I was taking medicines, I couldn't take them while I was in the hospital, so I could only take the medicines in the hospital, which was a problem. Also, the emergency response is terrible, so I don't recommend it. In the worst case scenario, there were times when no one could do anything for me, but since I was a part-time doctor, there were many times when I was told that a doctor should do something. You can rest assured that if you are examined during business hours, you will be seen thoroughly.

::Utter waste of time. Don’t go there. I have been waiting for 2 hours for doctor to see me, ended up canceling the appointment and returning home. Also the woman who should be guiding you when you first enter hospital is such a dense, disrespectful and grumpy person that i immediately wanted to leave.

::I was rushed to the emergency because I'm having difficulty breathing and chest pains. I don't speak Japanese and the emergency team clearly stated that on the phone when they were looking for a hospital to take me and this hospital said they can manage. I got there the emergency team left, and no one can speak English. I was using Google translate to communicate my concerns but the doctor won't even read it and he just keeps on laughing in front of his computer with the nurses. All the doctor did was put his stethoscope on my back for like 10secs and told me I'm okay and there's no problem and I should go home which I refuse to do I'm still not feeling well, my breathing is still heavy and I have heart palpitations. I wish I was brought to a different hospital and that they shouldn't have accepted my case when they know they can't speak English. BIG WASTE OF MONEY!
