::Visited the store for the first time in a while! I felt the salty taste was a little strong. The noodles and chashu were delicious.

::Ramen running south from Tokushima city on Saturday I went to eat with my husband in the afternoon. “Fujinaka Chinese” while wandering! Thank goodness it's open until 3pm. In time. I'm sure it was a famous store🙄... I can't remember exactly, but I'm heading there🚕♪ There it was! Even though I could see the store right in front of me, I was not good at driving and ended up passing by (lol) It's past 2pm and there are no cars in front of the store 💧 I'm not sure if it's open. It's strange - it's supposed to be a famous store, but there's no car and there's a curtain. Come on in! 0 customers. I make eye contact with the male clerk. No greeting? Huh! Is it finished? I wonder if I can go. Say hello! I didn't say anything, but I bought a meal ticket. There is only rice with Chinese noodles. I can't decide whether it's a trendy store or a store that's about to go out of business. Buy 2 small Chinese soba noodles for 670 yen. The store was quiet and there were no customers so it was uncomfortable. I’m glad my husband is here! Arrived rice bowl🍜❗ Soup gulp. Hot and delicious! ! Slurp the noodles. Thick noodles and perfect firmness (#^.^# It’s delicious❣️ Although it was small, the noodles were satisfying to eat. Just one piece of chashu My favorite Ishii's ○○ night is small It comes with two thick slices of char siu. No! It's not good when compared to other stores 😅 But so will the customers. sorry. The soup is delicious. I'll drink it until it's gone. If I have food, I want to dive 😋 I'm glad I made it small. I drank too much soup. Everything was delicious~😙 I wonder why there were no customers. When I looked at the reviews on the way home, I was disappointed in the taste. comments stand out. I'm very satisfied though I guess it just tasted better. Is this my first time having noodles this thick? As I was leaving, an uncle came out and cleaned up, and I heard him say "Thank you very much" (lol) It was delicious so I will come again 🥰

::It's my favorite ramen shop, but I don't have the chance to go there very often, so it's been a while since I last visited. The menu remained the same, and I thought it would only be large and small Chinese noodles and large and small rice, but a new menu item was chashu rice bowl. I bought a large bowl of Chinese noodles from the ticket vending machine and took a seat. A little while later, Fujinaka-san's Chinese noodles were delivered for the first time in a while. Just like the menu structure, this Chinese noodles are simple in appearance and taste. But it's very flavorful...I really like the Chinese noodles here. This is my favorite in the southern part of Tokushima. It was delicious today too. Thank you for the meal♪

::Lunch is ❗A small Chinese soba restaurant at Fujinaka Nakagawa Main Branch in Akaike, Nakagawa-cho, Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture! ️ The menu is ❗The large and small ``Chinese soba'' and the large and small ``rice'' are really neat~😲 (I heard they also have ``char siu bowl'' on weekdays, though~😓) The medium-thick straight noodles have a low water content❗They have a chewy texture that expands with the flavor of wheat, making them a satisfying meal😉 The soup has a deep, rich, round flavor and a refreshing aftertaste, which is really great! The toppings are ❗ small pieces of chashu, seaweed, menma, and chopped green onions, and you can't add anything else. It's really light in terms of volume, so I wish I had made it bigger. The "Chinese soba" itself was seriously cool, and I ended up drinking all the soup!

::Lukewarm ramen is not ramen. If you think so, go to Chuka Fujita! It's so hot that you can't eat it without fufu. Even though it's large, you can eat it piping hot until the end, and it's a ramen that will naturally make you sweat and runny nose. The menu is also simple: large Chinese noodles 750 yen, small 650 yen, small rice 180 yen, large 250 yen. For some reason, the medium-thick straight noodles are coated with a unique, nostalgic, piping hot soup. As a second-generation owner, there are some things that are different from the old days, but there is no doubt that this is the best restaurant for those who are looking for nothing more than filling their stomachs with piping hot, freshly made food. . This is the perfect restaurant for those who just want to enjoy ramen made by a stubborn craftsman from the Showa era!
