::This is a tea lounge inside the hotel. I received a tarte tatin and drink set. Is tarte tatin less sweet? It feels elegant. The accompanying cinnamon ice cream and cream cheese go well together!

::I went here because it was on the apple pie map of Hirosaki and good access from Hirosaki station. Their apple pie was very nice but avobe it the apple tarte tatin that you can eat in the restaurant was awesome!!! They also have apple tea or coffee. The atmosphere was also relaxing and good.

::I stopped by for the apple pie and it was good and pleasant. Ice cream tastes very nice too!

::We tried two apple cakes here. First off: the service is very good. The ladies working here are very nice, extremely polite, very good waitresses. Secondly, the coffee: I got excited from hearing them foam up the milk foam and had my expectations high. But the coffee is just good coffee, the milk foam was nothing special. Being a barista at a cafe myself, I found it a but disappointing. Lastly, The cake: it is pretty pricy, that is true, but it is just so delicious. The ice cream it’s served with is also just especially good.
