  I am pretty bad at speaking and listening Japanese. Still learning. So when I was looking for food around town, I stumbled upon Sukiya. I was surprised that their you can just order food on their tablet and English is available. Such a lifesaver for a person who is still at the very beginning of learning Japanese. Korean and Chinese are available also. Food wise, they are not expensive. You don't have to spend too much money to have a satisfying meal. Now that I have purchased Sukiya Pass, I get 70 yen discount for certain items in their menu. It's a great deal if you frequently visit Sukiya.

  The staff here is friendly and helpful. The beef with rice is so delicious. The rice is soft, they really know how to make this menu. The menu is my favorite one. You should give it a try. I'm pretty sure you will like it. This place gets crowded at lunch time and dinner time.

  Rice bowl with your selection of topping. Chained restaurant all over Japan. Try raw egg.
