  My grandfather was admitted to the hospital as an emergency, and I thought it would be best to stay at a hospital that I had been familiar with for a long time, so I decided to stay at this hospital for about six months. As someone who was entrusting my family to the emergency hospital, I was worried every day. Among these situations, nurses in the ward do not come down with the luggage they brought with them, get angry at patients and their families when they are on the phone, and even end up having to wait until the night when the patient leaves. He fell out of bed, and although he had a hematoma on his head, he didn't contact his family until seven hours later... No CT scans were taken, and we were told that everything was fine without any scientific evidence, and as a family we were left with a great deal of disbelief. Even when I informed the nurses and supervisors who had contacted me about this, they said, ``We have a lot of requests,'' and ``We will refuse hospitalization or outpatient visits in the future.'' This is a hospital where medical personnel make comments that do not consider what would happen if your family were in the care of your family. I don't plan on visiting the doctor again in the future, but after reading this review, I hope that some kind of improvement or guidance will be provided.

As the staff changed, the response changed, and before I knew it, the hospital that was supposed to be my family's home was no longer my family's home, and I was told to "go to my family's". If the outpatient doctor doesn't like a patient, he will have a bad attitude and will ignore you even if you call him in front of him after the IV drip is finished. I have been at this hospital since I was a child, and I would never go there again.

  A hospital built on a small hill. The staff at the reception are also very nice. The hospital is clean and well-maintained. The female doctor in charge listened to me with compassion, which helped me mentally as a patient. Anyway, the impression of the staff is bright and refreshing. Even though it's a time-intensive job, I feel like I don't cut corners when it comes to customer service (?). The shop on the first floor closes around 2pm. It looks like a Lawson will be opening nearby soon, so it will be convenient.
