::Every dish was wonderfully delicious, and the Japanese sake went perfectly with it, making it a truly memorable meal. I was particularly surprised by the Jibuni, firefly squid pickled in Okizuke, and rock oysters. I don't like duck meat, but the bean paste in the Jibuni duck soup stock was so delicious that I ended up eating it all. What kind of firefly squid have you ever eaten? It was so soft and pleasant to the touch, and full of fresh flavor. I heard that the rock oysters are just starting to come out (I visited during Golden Week), but they are really big and flavorful, and although I didn't plan on doing so at first, I saw the person next to me eating them at the counter and they looked so delicious! It was a great decision to ask. When he was free, he was kind enough to explain the dishes and ingredients, and the interior of the restaurant was bright and comfortable. The desserts, rice porridge, everything was delicious! I'm curious about the menu items I didn't order, I want to try other seasonal menu items, and I found a restaurant that I definitely want to visit again next time I come to Kanazawa. I'll come back later! !
