  Reservations are required. Delicious sushi comes out one after another, all left to you. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes out next. If your stomach is full, please be careful as it will continue to come out unless you stop it. All of them were delicious, but the fluffy conger eel was the best.

  It used to be a sushi restaurant that was run by an elderly sushi chef and was well known to those in the know, but was located in Kanazawa Chuo Aji Shokugai, the innermost part of Kanazawa's downtown area. It has now been moved to a location along the Saigawa River, a little further away from the downtown area, and is now run by young sushi chefs. Reservations are required, and if sake is included, the price range should be at least 10,000 yen. On top of that, you will have the experience of being ``moved by food'' as you watch the dramatic development of the story, which moves from a delicate story like a babbling stream to a massive story like a undulating climax, coming back three times. I think so. (There are several sushi restaurants like this in Kanazawa, and it's exciting to go and experience them after hearing about them through rumors or personal stories. Although I can't do them many times a year...)

  Great sushi with A lot of fresh fish, only little cost. I love the clam soup. Return for sure.
