::I booked the room for 2Adults and 2Kids, but I got only 2 pillows which I call and asked for more pillow for my kids. Staff say NO there is no pillow for kids and tell me to used towel to be kid's pillow.😡😡😡😡 I don't recommend this hotel if you travel with kids. GO TO OTHER HOTELS

::There is no air-conditioning and only have heater.. and the laundry machine for dryer is not very efficient but the location is very good as it was just walking distance towards Takasaki JR station.. maybe if they install or upgrade the centralise heater to both heater/aircon will be perfect

::Great location with resturants and supermarket along street Staffs were all polite Unfortunately my room smells like body odor throughout my 2 nights stay,i even tried to keep window to air it out but the odour still linger😣strongly A note to take,hotel do not allow to use their address as sender in yamato luggage delivery,they requested to write our country home address,which i find it very weird therefore was unable to use the service incase of any complication I had no problem with other hotel that allow us to use hotel as sender address ,when we use yamato for delivery service to another hotel

::Nice clean and spacious hotel. Also directly connected to takasaki station although slightly difficult to find initially after ending up in La Merce. If you find yourself in the same situation just head to the ground floor and you can find your way easily.

::Great location as it is right next to the station! I went here for a 女子会 plan on the 12th floor at Gas Light. The restaurant provided a great view of Takasaki and the atmosphere was really good. Expecting a little bit more, I was kind of disappointed with the course menu though. It had a 2 hour all you can drink with a few dishes to share. Expecting a little more, the course menu had 2 salads, a cheese fondue, and a small steak. For dessert, there was a fruit plate and a chocolate fondue.
