  Really good service and amazing roof top open onsen. Love the horse themed and history. Very cozy area with shoes off policy. Love the amenities in the onsen but the most amazing one has to be the roof top onsen. Superb views and very well designed. The food is probably the only element that it can improve. It is not bad but there is no wow factor here especially compared to the room and onsen. The other factor that i didnt quite like is the morning coffee should be available (understand they provide it at the lobby but it is a little inconvenient for customer whose first thing is a cup of hot coffee) Service wise it is spotless , the staff tried their hardest and i want to applaud the Indonesian staff that assisted me, he was always polite, kind and very friendly!

  The view from onsen at the top is great, however, there is no bathing place.

  The food quality and dinning experience are great. We are very full. The taste is delicious. The room is clean and tidy. The outdoor onsen is awesome. The location of the onsen is near to the onsen street. Overall, it is worth for you to stay a night.

  The service was top notch! Can't fault it in any way. The food was also excellent, with lots of local and seasonal delicacies. We booked the private onsen which was really nice - top of the hotel with great views. Short walking distance to the steps. Overall, we highly recommend.

  Great experience! Our tatami room is so clean and spacious with spectacular mountain view. The staff are friendly, professional and can speak english enough to understand. Dinner and breakfast has many small dishes and tastes very nice. Hope can come back again.
