::Very high quality soba. Chairs and tables are authentic handmade from this region - they're smaller than normal chairs so it's a bit cramped, but it adds to the traditional atmosphere.

::Quick, friendly, straight to the point service. Love it. The soba was really silky and light. Ordered the tenzaru and the portion was perfect. The two shrimps were huge and delicious. The soba snack that came with it was a nice crisp addition.

::Great service and eye-catching interior. Ordered hot soba with chicken and egg in it. Thorougly enjoyed it, especially the broth. I will definitely revisit this wonderful restaurant before the end of my stay in Hirosaki and am looking forward to trying out the shrimp tempura soba. To sum it up, its soba is the best thing to have when you want to warm yourself up in the coldest of winter or when you want to cure a hangover.
