::As a result of the test, my mother was admitted to the hospital as a precaution, and so far I have no complaints about the treatment. The person in front of me when I was waiting for the reception had a bad attitude towards the reception! he was yelling. I was a little worried, but the receptionist had no problems explaining things or answering my questions. I don't know what the person in front of me was angry about, but I wonder if he was looking for a McDonald's smile? [Additional note] Since the in-person reception was crowded, I tried using something like an automatic check-in machine, but the document that came out didn't have any destination written on it, which was unfriendly. When I went there after asking a nearby staff member, it turned out to be a completely different place, so when I was redirected, I was made to feel uncomfortable as if I had made a mistake. I think there is a problem with the guidance system, as there is no way to know where the desired doctor is or the hospital's tacit consent.Isn't it okay to just write the destination on the paper that is output? Assuming 6 minutes for re-guidance, if 10 cases occur in a day, it would be one hour, 20 hours in 20 days, or 240 hours in a year. Approximately 30 days worth of work is wasted.

::It was the worst hospital ever. My fever of 40 degrees didn't go down for a week, my lungs hurt, and oral medication wasn't working, so I went to the emergency room as I felt exhausted. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and as soon as the doctor and nurse saw me, they said, ``Well, it looks like you have a fever, but once the temperature is lowered with an IV drip, you'll be asked to go home. Is that okay?'' Normally I would be irritated by the fact that you seem to be bothering me, but here I am with chest pain and a high fever, and I can't stop shaking! It's already hard to breathe! After a thorough examination, the nurse and doctor who had been so troublesome said, ``Your lungs are white. You have severe pneumonia. Please hospitalize me immediately.'' I was immediately hospitalized. Suspected of having coronavirus, he was forced to pay for a private room and was confined and hospitalized. (Google says the private room fee is free, but the nurse clearly explained the cost and billed me when I left the hospital.) In the first day and a half alone, I was given 6 PCR tests. It's a mystery as to whether it's really been a meaningful act so many times, but of course he tested negative for coronavirus. In the first place, I was admitted to the hospital after telling them that I had been suffering from fever and lung pain for a week, but if I tested positive, it would show up in the first test, right? The response I received was one of distrust, and I felt that they were not listening to what the patient had to say. It is also unfortunate that the doctor's explanation was vague, and appropriate treatment and tests were delayed, resulting in a prolonged hospitalization period. The hospital food was also the worst I've ever had. I didn't have a towel to dry myself with, so I had a high fever, sweated profusely, and wore loose pajamas. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. At the time of discharge The doctor said to me, ``It would have been dangerous if I had delayed admission by one more week!'' I will never forget the troublesome response during the emergency transport. I will also make sure to remember my doctor so I don't have to see him again.

::The security guard at the adjacent parking lot is the worst. (especially Wednesday) He used abusive language to people he met for the first time, and even though there was no guidance or explanation when the car was full, he threatened to blackmail me if I tried to remember the car number. He openly describes his selfish analysis. To be honest, it's stressful. The parking space is also difficult to find and narrow. People visiting the hospital for the first time will not understand. Please explain. I thought both the nurse and the attending doctor were wonderful, but I was so stunned by the security guard's response that I was at a loss for words.

::I attended a surgical operation and was satisfied with the surgeon's detailed explanations. Of course, the surgery was perfect. It is assumed that there are probably not enough nurses and staff in the wards, and the response will be somewhat business-like, but rather than treating patients as "customers who stay permanently", Personally, I think it is correct to treat the patient as a person who requires treatment to return to the hospital.
