::A cafe on Baba Street in Chichibu Relaxing with retro interior! It was just after noon on the last day of Golden Week, but I was able to get in quickly. Nougat seems to be popular, but the walnut tart was really delicious. The coffee is delicious, and the pairing of coffee and cake is the best. I found a nice cafe...!

::The coffee was the best I've ever had and had the best balance of depth and flavor. The famous cake had a fun texture and the taste may have been better than other cakes, but it was a good experience.

::2022/11/19 Visited on Saturday around 2pm When I entered the store, there was only one customer, but it quickly filled up. ■Customer base Both tourists and locals come here. ■Store/Atmosphere The atmosphere inside the store is like a coffee shop in a villa area, and the retro wooden atmosphere is very relaxing. The tables at the counter are made of a single piece of wood, creating a great atmosphere. ■Cooking Coffee made from beans is delicious. The coffee I drank when I was a little tired from walking around sightseeing was very delicious. I first experienced Nougat Glacé in a cake set, and it had a nice texture, like meringue that had been frozen and hardened, and had nuts in it. I think it's probably handmade. The matcha cake I ate together also had a slightly bitter taste of matcha, making it a delicious accent. ■Summary I don't have a lot of time to go there because it's far away, but I would like to come back if I have another chance. Cash only Parking available, but limited There is a sign saying that children under 7 years old should not enter the store.

::This European themed cafe is a hidden gem in Chichibu. Aside from the various types of coffee, they also offer a healthy selection of tea, as well as cakes. Nevertheless, the sound of jazz music from their stereo also fills the cafe. That is a great place for a relaxing afternoon coffee.
