  I came in a wheelchair! There is a slope all the way to the front of the store, so I thought it was barrier-free, but there was a big step at the entrance...but the kind wife of the store pushed me hard, and even in a wheelchair it was easy! (^^) I went for the 800 yen ``Yamaimo Steak Set'' which looks like a signboard menu (?). The mountain potatoes, miso soup, and rice were hot and delicious (^^). Mountain potatoes have a light taste, but they have a subtle flavor and can be eaten as is. However, the taste is also interesting. You can make it spicy with pepper and shichimi, and the roasted sesame salt and sweet and spicy bonito flakes can be used with mountain potatoes or rice! The staff at the shop have a very relaxed atmosphere, and they put you at ease even before you start talking to them. There are also small items from local workshops, making you feel at home in a local shop. I wanted to help, so I bought some. It's delicious, soothing, and fills your stomach and mind♪(^^)

  Just before Nagatoro, you'll see a lot of climbers rising from the mountain path, so just follow them and you'll get there! I ordered Narumono Yam Steak on the recommendation of a regular customer. Place the grated yam on a piping hot iron plate and mix with green onions, bonito flakes, and seasonings... Scream. I knew that yam was delicious, but I was wondering if it was this delicious! The interior was a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, and it really felt like something you could only find here! It's crowded with shop staff who love to chat and regulars who love to chat, so if you like that kind of thing, definitely come here... Also, we definitely recommend Chichibu's B-class gourmet dish called miso potatoes!

  It's located a little back from the street. There are signs all over the place, so I think you can go without hesitation. If the parking lot in front of the store is full, there is a second parking lot nearby. The white rice in the set was really delicious and I was impressed. This may be the first time I've tasted white rice this much when eating out. The food is also very delicious and reasonably priced. This is one of the stores I would like to visit again.

  I've been to Chichibu several times, and this is my favorite restaurant that I always stop by every time. It's a peaceful restaurant run by two people who appear to be the wife and her mother, and not only the popular yam steak, but all the other dishes are delicious. I'm also a big fan of Tsure, so I plan to stop by again when I go to Chichibu.

  It has the atmosphere of a restaurant that is loved by locals. I had the yam steak lunch and it was very delicious! The price was reasonable, and I would like to visit again when I come to Nagatoro.
