Telephone support is very poor. I received a letter of introduction, what should I do? When I called to confirm, I was told what department it was, so I thought I should tell them. It made me feel very uncomfortable when he said it in a way that made me laugh. In the end, I was told that I could not deal with the situation at this time and that I would have to call you later.I should have just said that from the beginning, but it just made me feel uncomfortable. If I hadn't been introduced to this hospital, I wouldn't have come to this hospital.

I am hospitalized for high blood pressure. My attending physician is a cardiologist named Nasuno, but his overbearing attitude is scary. As the day to go to the hospital approaches, I feel depressed. Blood and electrocardiogram tests are performed every time I visit the hospital, but there is no explanation given. Even though my blood pressure has dropped and is stable, I have to undergo tests every time I visit the hospital. I would like to give minus star instead of 1 star.

I was taken care of by the obstetrics and gynecology department and the 5D ward. The obstetrics and gynecology department is located far from the 1st entrance, so it was a good exercise 😅 If you book early, you won't have to wait long, but if you book late, you'll have to wait a long time. In comparison, the echo time is quite short 🥲 The echo images you receive also vary depending on the teacher. There is also a 3D echo, but it's basically only a 2D echo, and it's pretty empty and you can't get it unless you're the last person to do it! In ward 5D, we used a large room, but even if we had separate rooms for mothers and babies, we couldn't use the nursing room due to the coronavirus, so everyone was breastfeeding in their rooms, so we couldn't rest because of the noises and cries 😢 Instructions are given in groups, and I wish they would have been able to use the nursing room unless they were clearly feeling unwell. I got a private room halfway through, but it was comfortable! The food was delicious, but it felt like hospital food and the portions were huge. There was no celebration meal, but cake was served once🍰 Although some of the staff were curt, they were generally kind and polite.

I've been going there for a long time without any inconvenience, but when I called to make a reservation, I was told that I didn't need a reservation and could go anytime, but when I tried to go, I was told that I couldn't go without a reservation. I was then told that they were already fully booked for today. I would like to see proper cooperation within the hospital. And I can hear the voices of the nurses chatting happily.

I went to an oral and oral surgeon with a referral letter to have my tooth extracted without having to treat it. I'm writing a review because there don't seem to be any problems after the surgery. I was introduced to Tachikawa Sogo Hospital by my primary care physician because, unlike other hospitals in Nagaoka City, there are three doctors on Fridays, so I don't have to wait, and it's fast (2023). Dr. Hasegawa performed the procedure, and at the first consultation, he explained the risks of the tooth extraction procedure (there is a 1000-to-1000 chance that you will be left with after-effects such as numbness), and he also helped me with my strong habit of not cleaning my teeth. He removed both the left and right sides. There was some pain and difficulty eating after the surgery, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. If you are having your tooth extracted at a large hospital, we recommend Tachikawa Sogo Hospital.
