  I cut my fingertip with a knife and it bled quite a bit, so I rushed to the emergency room at the Japanese Red Cross.   They have the worst staff in all of the hospitals I have been. I have a metabolic condition that they refuse to accept or do further testings. Instead they want me to visit a psychiatrist. I haven't been able to work for a month and the staff was really rude. I then asked for a referral so that I could go somewhere else, to which they refuse. Avoid. Go to another hospital.
