::A year ago, I stayed here on a trip to celebrate my father's 60th birthday. We communicated in advance that we wanted to celebrate our 60th birthday, and from the moment we arrived at the inn on the day, the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. The hot springs were also very pleasant, and the entire inn was clean and I was satisfied with everything. My family and of course my father were overjoyed and we had some really good memories. I will stay again. It's a truly wonderful inn!

::Stayed with family during spring break. It was a wonderful inn where I was satisfied with everything including the rooms, food, atmosphere, location, and the staff's response. There are several types of rooms with open-air baths, so I was confused, but this time I chose the Premium Japanese-Western room with an open-air bath, which has a separate Japanese-style room, bedroom, and dining room. Our family of four was able to spend a relaxing time in this very spacious room. We had our meals in the morning and evening at the dining room in our room, and they were delicious, beautiful, and plentiful. There are no entertainment facilities such as bars or karaoke, and it gets quiet early at night after the piano performance ends, so it is not suitable for a trip that wants to be lively and lively. Recommended for a relaxing trip with a couple or family.

::We had a lovely stay at this ryokan. The seafood was some of the best we've had in Japan. The second day was even more luxurious than the first. It's worth staying an extra night just for this! My husband has strict dietary restrictions (no meat, fish, or egg). Usually, we've found that substitutions means the quality and variety of food are not great, but the chef went above and beyond. Some of his dishes were better than mine! The service was excellent. We especially loved Yukie-san who took care of everything for us. By the second morning she learned all of our preferences and made sure we felt at home. The facilities and baths are a little outdated, but the rooms are recently renovated. We loved the rotenburo (private bath) on our balcony. You can ask the front desk to adjust the temperature to your liking.

::Great experience of private onsen room.

::Traditional ryokan experience with seasoned kaiseki cuisine. What really sets this place apart from the rest is the layout of the onsen. There three tubs, two outdoor and one indoor. The indoor one opens up to the outdoor with a French window which allows the air to flows so it isn't too stuffy. The piano performance after dinner is a rare treat and adds so much more to the night stay at Kaga. Great for travelers who seek solitude as there are only 22 rooms in this hotel.
