I put it on top of soy sauce ramen (900 yen) and it was really delicious, although I can't describe it properly. The ginger sesame rice bowl that was mentioned in the reviews? (300 yen) was easy to eat and very delicious. Considering the price, I thought it was a mini dish, but the amount of rice was a lot (^^ゞ. I guess it's a good amount for young people. The ginger and sesame seem to be good for the body. I didn't make the ramen a big size, but there were a lot of noodles. It was such a great meal that I couldn't finish it.I highly recommend it.

::A tanrei style ramen restaurant in Shinkoiwa. It was a ramen shop with delicious soup located a little off the alley from the shopping street. I ordered salt ramen and ginger sesame rice bowl. When you put the very clear soup in your mouth, you can taste the flavor of chicken oil. An exquisite impact with a smooth salty taste without any unpleasant taste. The noodles are also special, and the flat, straight noodles go down smoothly, just like chilled barley. The char siu is pork and chicken, and the cinnabar is cut as thin as noodles and fresh. The ginger sesame rice bowl also has a strong ginger flavor and is perfect for changing tastes. And the rice is delicious! Chewy and sweet rice. This is an area that is surprisingly not given much attention, but it is important. Ramen that can be eaten by anyone, young or old. It has a gentle and deep taste.

::The noodles are chewy and delicious! As expected of homemade noodles! I recommend the soy sauce ramen chashu topping! After the drinking party at Shin-Koiwa, we went to “Homemade Noodle Sorankai”. I had heard good things about it beforehand, so I visited with high expectations. The inside of the store was clean and had a casual, warm atmosphere. Once I was seated, I used the ticket machine purchase system and ordered soy sauce ramen with chashu topping. First, the soy sauce ramen arrived. Packed with green onions, kaiware, menma, and additional chashu, the bowl looks appetizing. When I took a sip of the soup, the light but deep flavor of soy sauce filled my mouth, and I was instantly hooked. The noodles were medium-thick, straight noodles, and had a distinctive smooth and chewy texture! It had the chewy texture and springiness that only homemade noodles can provide, and I enjoyed the chewy texture just like pasta. This is certainly a masterpiece of homemade noodles, as evidenced by the bags of flour piled up at the entrance. The balance between noodles and soup was perfect, and I felt happy with every bite. There are two types of chashu, each with a different flavor◎ The quality of the noodles is extremely high, and the soy sauce ramen is truly exquisite.
