::Very unique sushi course, with many snacks that pair well with the extensive sake selection. Taisho is super friendly and has a clear passion for kani, ebi and uni, which are featured throughout the meal.

::Far away from Tokyo city. Neighbourhood style sushiya. Delicious tsumami. Taisho was super busy tending to customers at the counter and also private room. So there's very little interaction. My meal took more than 2.5 hours.
