::The front desk staff was very responsive when I stayed there. It felt good though I felt like I had forgotten something the next day, so I contacted them. When I called, a male staff member The response was the worst, it was the worst, I felt so bad that I had to cut it off. I did it. To be honest, I didn't arrive at check-in. It was good. I felt offended from the start. It's not something I've accumulated. The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfying.

::Business trip from Tokyo Stayed in a smoking room. The room didn't smell bad. The bed is large and the room is spacious. There is a large parking lot and a Lawson in front of the hotel. It was a little far from the downtown area so it was quiet at night. I guess this is what an impossible breakfast should be. Like. You can also wake up early and go to the market to eat.

::Can’t decide between a 3 and 4. Google needs to let you have in between scores. It’s honestly pretty average hotel but in a good location and staff was friendly.

::👍 Better Value than APA Hotel! The other Super Hotel location in Hachinohe is better. It costs 600 yen for parking so be sure to calculate that to your total cost when staying here. Checking in/out felt pretty standard, the lobby was clean with lots of amenities. Wifi was fast at about 52mb/s, rooms were fairly clean, I didn't use the onsen available on site I did notice the remote to the TVs were pretty gross and I did see a small fly on the bed which was strange. Beds were sufficiently comfy, be sure to pick a pillow at the entrance because the ones in the room are hard and not comfortable. Bathroom is functional with a similar feel to APA Hotel. TV is nice and big and can be adjusted to view from many different angles. Overall happy but the other Super Hotel about one block away is better.
