  Affordable, spacious and clean room and extremely nice staff. Gave us some extra toiletries and a couple of complimentary coffees and soft drinks too. Easy to book online and straightforward checking in/out. Recommended

  Great hotel, amazing breakfast. It is true that hotel and some equipment is older but it is very well maintained and still you can see it used to be a posh hotel. There are new paperwalls and curtains etc so it looks pretty modern. For 14k jpy it was a great value. Especially for such a big room.

  Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Bathroom floor seems to be shifting. It made me dizzy before I noticed this. They offer what I think is traditional Japanese comfort food in their restaurant. Their dessert is top notch.

  👍 Classic hotel comfort and service! 👉 Better value than franchise hotels like APA, Super Hotel and others. I rarely have a great experience at hotels but this place hit the mark. After spending many weekends in franchise hotels with tiny rooms, Grand Hotel was refreshing with their large rooms, exceptional service and convenient location! Bed was comfortable, room was wide and non claustrophobic, shower outputs LOTS of water which felt great. If you're considering this spot to the other cheaper hotel options, you should strongly consider this hotel. Wifi is extremely slow and pretty much unusable but I still give 5 Stars.

  Good location, well appointed room and facilities. Staff are superb. Plenty of parking in the underground park for motorbikes as they'll try to fit you in as best they can
