  2024/4/22　Change When I went shopping in the evening, the female staff at the cash register was extremely rude. I felt really bad. This is the worst kind of customer service. Waiting time at the register is long. Even though we were lined up, other staff members also ignored us. I think it would be better to deal with it internally and retrain it. At the supermarket, all the staff are very courteous. It's cheap and convenient. There are many supermarkets, home centers, liquor stores, dry cleaners, etc.

  I felt that this is a store where you can clearly feel the difference in the customer service ability of the staff within the store. Thank you for your hard work, but I would like the store staff to smile at each other as well as the customers. I think we have the best selection of products in the prefecture. First of all, if you're serving customers all day long, you'll probably get a lot of irritated customers, which can be stressful, but please take a deep breath and try your best to do your job. I think it's a pretty good store, so I'd like to use it together in the future.
