  I came here on a weekday night because I wanted to eat pasta. Ordered peperoncino, vongole, and garlic baguette. You can eat with peace of mind in a clean restaurant. Peperoncino is a slightly chewy pasta topped with plenty of olive oil. The bongole has just the right amount of saltiness from the bacon and clams mixed with the white sauce. A small plate containing shells was also provided. I appreciate the careful attention to detail. The menu has a wide variety, so you can look forward to your next meal.

  Not only is the pasta delicious, but they also have a wide variety of wines. There are also recommended bottled wines that are not on the menu. Will revisit at a later date. I ordered a bottle of red wine recommended by the owner. I think it's a conscientious shop that serves good wine at reasonable prices.

  Plenty of noodles and salad!!! Very satisfying to eat. The delicious flavor of the shrimp comes out in the tomato sauce, making this a satisfying dish. The salad plate is chilled and crunchy, and I'm glad it comes with soup. The dessert after the meal is not just a small meal, but you can enjoy it as a whole meal, and of course it's homemade and delicious! The amount of pasta is quite large, so it's nice to be able to add powdered cheese or Tabasco on the table as you like. Speaking of my greed, I would be even happier if I could add vegetable or mushroom toppings for an additional charge. In the first place, I wasn't sure why the pasta menu for the holiday set could only be selected from the blackboard, but I like lots of ingredients and want to eat vegetables, so it was delicious, so there's hope. lol By the way, this is the noodle that many people have commented on. It's called [dried noodles]! That's why it takes a long time to boil, and the texture of raw noodles is different from what you imagine.   It was a delicious fresh pasta with a texture I've never had before. The spaghetti was plump and had just the right amount of firmness and chewiness. On this day, my companion and I cooked tomato cream, peperoncino, and Hokkaido (cod roe) sauce, and the creamy sauce went best with the fresh pasta here and was delicious. It wasn't a fancy flavor, but it had a strong, strong flavor that even men would be satisfied with. The cheesecake for dessert was also delicious. I have nothing to complain about, so I give it full marks! I will go again!
