::Italian restaurant in Kochi. Although it was a short schedule, Choosing La PrimaVolta was the best choice. The 17,000 yen course was impressive with a variety of Kochi ingredients and recipes that showed off the taste of the ingredients. The friendliness of trying to explain things to foreigners as much as possible and even the Korean menu made it a more comfortable meal. Local sake pairing is possible for 6,000 yen, and it is excellent value for money. The sauces and soups were all delicious, so I was a little embarrassed to wipe all the dishes with the bread provided. The amount of pasta can be adjusted, so of course I ordered a large portion, and I was happy that there was a lot of pasta, unlike in a high-end restaurant.

::This is a dish where you can feel the chef's passion. It's highly rated, so the bar may be higher, but there's no doubt that it's very delicious. I hope that it will continue to grow.

::[Updated: January 2024] When I visited for the first time in a while, the course had been standardized to 17,000 yen. Everything was delicious, but as someone who enjoys gourmet food in Tokyo and outside of Japan, I felt that the food experience might not be worth 17,000 yen. The restaurant's concept is to purchase the best ingredients each season, and the theme of the course is determined based on the ingredients. Therefore, I feel that it is difficult to achieve a sense of unity throughout the course (materials are given priority). Also, the food is more avant-garde than before, so if you have the same sensibilities as the chef, you might rate it higher. I feel that the fact that Bagna Cauda, which I loved, is not on the menu is a message that they will no longer cater to the masses. I love this store, so I'm saddened. However, I think it is no longer a store where you go with your own wallet. ----- This is my favorite Italian restaurant for the past 3 years. Each plate is carefully crafted, the customer service is pleasant, and most of all, it's casual enough, so I visit here every milestone. The only thing that bothers me is that it's a restaurant that's famous for its delicious food, so there may be times when there are talkative guests at nearby tables who love to talk about their shit...but other than that, it's still a wonderful restaurant. is.

::I made a reservation at this restaurant at the request of my husband and visited for the first time this year for our wedding anniversary meal. I ordered a course for 12,000 yen per person. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is delicious from the first bite. You can clearly see how much effort goes into cooking. Above all, I was really glad that I came today because of the sommelier's attentive hospitality from start to finish. It was the kind of shop I wanted to go to at least once a month.

::Probably the best restaurant in Kochi. Great food, wine and the service is excellent.
