::I have an account here because my company set it up for me but it’s very unfriendly to foreigners. The older man at the service desk is very very rude and unhelpful. There is an english translation service available where they will call and put you on the phone with someone but the man at the desk always says he can’t help. If you make a bit of a scene then he’ll give up and go get the help you ask for. Even the workers said it was strange because there’s a translation service available. i’ve been here a dozen times and it’s the same with that guy every time.
