  I received an email asking me to log in even though I wasn't supposed to have a contract, and when I ignored it, I received an email saying that deposits were restricted, so I checked with the customer just to be sure, and the woman at the reception desk said, Her voice sounded gruff and sounded like ``Again?'', and she acted like she was saying ``Huh?''. His voice was very cold. I'm sure you've received many calls about similar matters, but it's a no-no for you to say anything about it in your voice or manner. The customer service attitude made me wish I hadn't called the call center. I'm glad I found out it was a scam email. I'm glad I ignored the email and it turned out to be the correct answer, but I think the attitude of the person receiving the call should be improved.

  The waiting time for asset management is longer than expected. I took the receptionist's explanation at face value and thought they would respond right away, but I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes. I gave up halfway through and headed home. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I thought it would be empty during the day on weekdays, but that's not the case. On the other hand, there are likely to be fewer employees due to coronavirus countermeasures. However, the customer service itself is generally polite. We recommend that you make a reservation.

  The 1st floor entrance is adjacent to the 1st floor entrance of Hotel Granvia Okayama. I gave it 4 stars because it is not included.
