::I've been coming here for many years, but I'm really disappointed in the recent customer service, the long wait times, and the fact that the employees are always laughing and talking while I'm waiting. Even if the food is slow to be served, the food is served silently, and when I think there is no slip, it is crumpled and stuck on the edge of the tray or on the plate.It is good that priority is given to the drive-through, but I wonder how they are making the customers in the store wait too long. I think so. It's a real shame as the quality has clearly deteriorated.
