::Above all, it's convenient and nice because it's open 24 hours a day, and the parking lot is spacious and nice. It wasn't that expensive compared to other udon noodles, and the noodles were wide and soft, unlike Ilbeon Udon. The soup was sweet and salty and the fried burdock root was delicious. ::I didn't know that udon was popular in Kitakyushu. Visited Shisan Udon for the first time after learning from a local. It was very lively and crowded with many customers. It was ordered using a touch panel, but it arrived very quickly. The burdock tempura udon and fried udon that my friend always orders seem to be popular. The burdock tempura was thick and long, had a good texture, and was filling. It's soaked in udon soup, so if you like the crispy texture of the batter, try it first, or if you want it fluffy, try it later.
